At the age of 15, as an athlete, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness (Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I was in bed for six months, I missed the school year, my friends stopped calling and I became depressed. Several weeks later, I decided that I didn’t want to live anymore, but just when I was about to do something crazy, I heard for the first time what I later called THE VOICE OF YOUR SOUL.

Listening to her, I got out of that situation and a year and a half later I was a double champion of my country. A month later I was a finalist in the European Championships and after that I spent seven years on the Spanish swimming team, traveling all over the world.

In that period of time, I learned that what makes the difference in people’s lives is the MINDSET, not the circumstances. And I set out to study the tools, strategies and skills that make people live EXTRAORDINARY LIVES and become UNSTOPPABLE.

I have invested the last 15 years of my life in learning everything I could from the best MENTORS in the fields of personal relationships, spirituality, the mind, emotions or business.
